Refund policy

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
According to the EU Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect or visible damage prior to delivery.

• The product does not substantially match the description, size, or model ordered.

3. Return Procedure

• The customer must send the item(s) back to us at their own expense.

• Once received, all returned items will be inspected by our team.

• If the return conditions are met, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase (or another method agreed with the customer).

4. Limitations

• We do not offer a “Review & Test” option upon delivery, as all products undergo strict quality control before shipping.

• Products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
